Digitizing costs start at $25.00 per logo for up to 10,000 stitches (add $2.00 per 1000 stitches above) This is a one time fee per digitized logo we use for you or your customer(s).
CLIENT PROVIDED DST FILES:
We are not liable for quality of client provided files. If you would like a sew out sample for approval, one can be provided for a $10.00 fee.
Although we have a very low spoilage rates for contract embroidery, you must allow for a 2% average.
All spoilage below 2% or 3 pieces customer is responsible for.
All spoilage above 2% or 3 pieces DTC is responsible for.
Please supply artwork for embroidery as a high resolution PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS, PDF (We suggest min 300 dpi).

- An order form or company PO must be submitted with each new order or reorder received
Orders must include:
-Company name/contact person & contact info
-Requested date needed
-Ship to information
-Job/PO# & Art Name
-Order information:
Design placement (left/right chest, sleeve, hat, etc.)
All thread color info for each logo and garment
Garment information- brand, style number, color,
sizes and quantities.
All drop shipped orders must have your
company name or the job PO#
in the reference line to match your
garments to the order when they arrive.
Order forms with incorrect or missing information, product not in-house, wrong counts and changes to order will delay the time frame of order.
